Someone we know knocked on a door yesterday. He was in a dirty baggy work clothes. He is in the middle of his teeth gets done, so some of front teeth were pulled out. He had a cigaret in his mouth. I tell you, he didn’t look good. He is re-inventing himself after coming back from prison for selling drugs.
He lost his father early and that trauma has been driving his life. We all, who has been on a path of self-discovery for sometime, know how this works. Even we, knowing the importance of it, avoid this work as long as possible. We try to compensate for this inner work with everything we can: being busy, professions, spirituality, religion, becoming important, rich, making more babies, or etc.
There are even more people around who have no idea that what they live now is directly created by what happened to them long ago. They have no insight, and they will never be healed from what happened in early years, it is what it is. Many, though look adults, still 5 years olds. The world is full of hurt children that look like an adult. Remember that next time you are dealing with people. You might be 5 y.o talking to another 5 y.o, trying them to understand something, how you want it to be, and they are unable to hear. And you too.
The best book to heal yourself from anything that clicked in you into a pattern that drives your life is this book called “Healing Developmental Trauma: How Early Trauma Affects Self-Regulation, Self-Image, and the capacity for Relationship”.
This book is a self-healing medium that will save you years of psychotherapy and tons of money IF you take it seriously, study it honestly, not lie to yourself that you don’t have this or that pattern. I suggest even to assume you have all the patterns that is described in the book and work to understand what could be a cause of it. When you see in this book all the patterns and all the possible causes and how they relate, you can look at them in yourself from the bigger perspective, from the one that watches the story - with a reasoning mind and compassion to yourself, and then later - from joy of being alive and having all these incredible experinces that gave you a possibility to evolve, to un-tie another quantum knot in yourself and the Whole. Use pen and paper and really go deep in yourself, knowing that this is your main and most important work here.
Back to the guy who knocked on the door. I remembered that I just bought very good apples from the local farm, very fragrant and juicy. I took an apple, went outside. I looked, smiled to him, held out the apple and said: “Its better then a cigaret, take it” He smiled back and took the apple. At that moment I saw his 5 y.o boy, with a beautiful smile, without any traces of hardships of life. There it was, still there: that innocence of a child, not squished by life yet. Our exchange was so pure that I kept seeing the spark in his eyes long after he left.
What will carry us through these hard times of the reset of all the systems on Earth is our Innocence. That purity, light, childlike joy when someone handed you a red juicy apple.
You have to do everything possible to safeguard it in you. When you sign contracts with the System, check with yourself, what will be your payment. Make sure that you are not paying by making your heart hardened and loosing your Innocence.
I don’t know what circumstances you will be in, what choices you will have, and what decisions you will have to make, but be very careful in signing any contracts with anyone or anything not to sell out your Innocence. Without that alive pure spark in you, you are done.
The current System has elaborate methods how to squish the spark, it prays on human greed, fear, envy, guilt and shame, addictions and desires. Your own Conscience will be that feeble voice you need to hear. Your Awareness will allow it to hear that voice. Know you always have a choice, even when you think you don’t. There is always a choice, a few choices. And you can always say NO. Why?
Because we don’t need to fear anything here, even death. There are all kind of people dwelling on this planet, I can’t say on everybody's regard, but we, as human beings, are immortal. That’s exactly the elixir that so many alchemists were trying to develop, because some creatures wants to be immortal. Well, we already are, no need to fuss about the elixirs, just wake up to who you are to know. Even if you won’t wake up this lifetime, no worries. The Consciousness we are is not bound to this body, it inhabits it until it’s time to go. If it didn’t work out this time in some way or another, that’s not a big deal. Leaving this plane with your Light and Innocence intact - is.
One time you just don’t allow yourself to go into something not really clean, you just stop yourself from doing it, against the greed or envy pushing you into it, or you do this very simple pure human deed, from the depth of the heart, in spite of fear or anger holding you from it, it is a big deal. And maybe all your life was lived for this very moment of exercising your free will to do this, and it frees your Soul to fly. It doesn’t have to be something heroic, it can be a small deed, through which we rase above our usual responses. Little things like that are actually heroic moments at these times.
Keep your Innocence, the spark from the depth of your Being, guard yourself from the media brainwash, don’t spend your energy on emotions and feed the Babushka (see Part 5), create a circle of people on the same page so you can be free in your expression and actions with them, take good care of your body, spend time in Nature, don’t rely on the System in the areas where you can take responsibility yourself. Just keep living your life in the most inspired state of mind you have an access to, each day. If you do, you would hardly notice this Reset, life as usual, with its ups and downs, but overall - magnificent experience!
